The problem of developing of software for face retrieval systems modeling discusses. Review of the status of the problem is presented. The conception of construction of software tools for modeling FaRetSys proposed. Within the concept defined components, their functions and methods of using in solving complex simulation tasks. Model of a compact description of computer simulation is clarified. Model contains the elements and parameters of the blocks modeled system. Characterized by the ability to describe the parallel, cascade and combined systems.
