N2 - В докладе анализируется проблема соотношения понятий «русский язык как государственный язык» и «современный русский литературный язык» в связи с реализацией Федерального закона «О государственном языке Российской Федерации». Авторы выявляют неоднородность норм русского литературного языка при его реализации в качестве государственного языка Российской Федерации и дают рекомендации для построения дефиниции «русский язык как государственный язык».The paper deals with the problem of correlation between the concepts of «Russian language as the state language» and «the modern Russian literary language» in connection with the implementation of the federal law «On the state language of the Russian Federation». It is revealed the heterogeneity of norms of the Russian literary language in its implementation as the state language of the Russian Federation, and made recommendations for the construction of the definition of «Russian language as the state language».
