В статье определяется понятие инвестиционно-ориентированной земельной политики, основанной на повышении стоимости земельных участков в городе, регионе. Описывается система инструментов земельной политики, способствующих увеличению стоимости земли и рентной доходности территории. The concept of the investment-focused demesnial policy based on increase of cost of the ground areas in either a city, or in a region is defined in the article. The system of tools for providing the ground policy that promotes increase of cost of the earth and rent profitableness of territory is described.
