The article analyzes the issues of trafficking of natural gas fuel in light of the Antimonopoly regulation. Physical properties of motor fuel have an impact on his identification of goods, determine characteristics of the commodity market of the fuel and form a specific entry barriers to the market that collectively has a complex effect on the conditions of antitrust regulation.
