The work is devoted to the study of the interrelation between manifestations of the dissociation in the sphere of values and the subject well-being of a person. The necessity of carrying out studies in this field is reasoned by the dynamic of person's value sphere. It is important to track, in which specific way the changes in the hierarchic structure of individual's value sphere effect the experience of well-being and the level of satisfaction with life. The objective of this study was to identify and describe the interrelation of manifestations of the dissociation in the value sphere and the components of the subjective well-being of students. We tested the hypothesis of a negative interrelation between indicators of the level of subjective well-being and the incoherence of subjective assessments of the significance and accessibility of values personality's.
