The article analyzes judicial practice on the application of articles 89-94 of the Fundamentals of the Russian Federation legislation on notaries regulations enforcement inscription by a notary. The research was based on the cases of civil proceedings, which make it possible to identify problems in the enforcement of the rules on the enforcement inscription by a notary. The author formulates recommendations for notary practice, arguing his opinion by judicial decision.
