Inoculation of soil with by rhizospheric nitrogen-fixing bacteria of the genus Azospirillum and nonroot treatment of crops by humic preparations ALCRI-CropHelp and ALCRI-CropHelp-M in Egypt arid lands significantly increased wheat grain crops on 156, 167 and 178% relative to the control, accordingly. At the same time, the water use efficiency has increased by more than 2.5 times. This effect was achieved due to multiple effects on metabolism of agricultural plants.
