Symptomatic questionnaire of Alexandrovich, Spilberger-Hanin and Zung survey were used to evaluate intensity of emotional and neurosis–like disorders. Study of 390 patients with alcoholism (AD) revealed dependency of the intensity of emotional and neurosis – like disorders from alcoholic anosognosia (AA). •e nature of dependency is connected with prevalence in its structure of this or that variant of AA and extent of organic damage of a brain (ODB). In AD without ODB in patients with AA due to insu¥cient awareness (AAIA) depressive and neurosis–like disorders are less expressed, in AA due to psychological pro- tection (AAPP) – sleep disorders and personal anxiety (PA). AA due to alcohol-organic personality decrease (AAAOP) is followed by the greater manifestation of PA and somatic disorders. In AAIA patients with ODB situational anxiety and PA occur more expressed, but in AAPP and AAAOP PA is more frequent than in AAIA. •at is in AD with ODB intensity of emotional and neurosis–like disorders, especially personal anxiety as more stable characteristic, is more likely linked with primary factor of alcohol-toxic damage of brain. Destabilization of a psychological condition in the early stages of remission associated with overcoming AAIA and AAPP, allows to mobilize the reserve emotional potential of the patient to a more active coping with illness. •us, di™erent types (stages) of AA accompanied by their characteristic features of emotional and neurosis–like disorders, which, as and AA are in parallel depending on the degree of cerebral lesions. It can be assumed that organic factor plays an important role not only in the formation, but in the synchronization of dynamics of clinical and psychological manifestations of AD.
