The article presents the results reflecting the experience of using generative games in the process of psychological training of the personnel of operational shifts of the Novovoronezh NPP in the framework of maintaining qualifications. The article reflects the results of an empirical study of the results of generating games as one of the methods for developing the ability of the operational shift to effectively interact and build productive relationships in the performance of professional functions in the development of an emergency situation, which, in turn, is considered by the authors as one of the internal socio-psychological conditions for the formation of the phenomenon of group reliability.
