The dynamism of development of modern civilization, the scales of processes of transformation of its natural and sociocultural component put forward the need in the development of new approaches and research methods, a more widely applied system and information technologies and interdisciplinary communications. At the same time the basis of further development of science is to be founded on general scientific methodological principles and paradigms among which V. I. Vernadsky's doctrine is quite relevant. The constructive role of this doctrine about the biosphere and a noosphere is shown, first of all, its giving the key to the solution of the possibility of restoration of a full perception of the world reflecting mutual penetration of its parts - the Person and the Nature, a living and lifeless matter, material and power and information processes, - in their indissoluble communication with Space, the solutions lost in the pursuit of the artificial benefits of a civilization. The analysis of the development of scientific discussions shows a significant contribution of geographical thought to the solution of a relevant problem of constructing an adequate scientific picture of the world on the basis of multifaceted modeling of communications of the society and geographical area.
