It is showed that the period when Tito was glorificated by the Soviet print media took place from the late 1943 up to middle 1948. Nevertheless even then the tone of these texts was a bit muffled, bringing the Yugoslavian representation of Tito's image down to the conventional image of a revolutionary leader. The main reason for that was an effort to avoid possible conflict between images of Josip Broz Tito and Iosif Stalin.",
