The incidence of co-infection (CI), including tuberculosis and viral hepatitis, with subsequent identification and isolation of HIV infection in the structure of these components has been studied for 2006-2017 in St. Petersburg. The increasing dynamics of co-infection morbidity have been identified as a result of the accumulation of epidemic potential in the city both for mono-infections and various combinations in previous years. There was a dynamic decrease in mortality rates among newly identified and registered patients on the background of the growth and stabilization of CI morbidity. At the same time, an increase in the number of cases of diffuse hepatic fibrosis (liver cirrhosis), which coincides with an increase in the frequency of adverse (lethal) outcomes of the disease, has been registered on the clinical material.
