An assessment of some physiological indicators of the body characterizing the success of the adaptation of the flight structure to the adverse climatic conditions of the Far North was carried out. The study was carried out in two stages: at the beginning of service and at the end of the first year of service inthe Far North. The first group (n = 9) consisted of the flight crew with a diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, the second group (n = 6) - the flight crew of other diseases, the third group (n = 26) comprised the flight crew with a diagnosis of «Healthy» (control group). At the beginning of service in the Far North, among the flight crew witha diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, compared with the flight crew with a diagnosis of «Healthy», there was a statistically significant increase in heart rate (heart rate) by 8.3-14.3%; systolic blood pressure - by 5.9-14.2%; diastolic blood pressure -by 5.5-9.8%.
