It is shown that the research work of cadets (students) is a great opportunity for the formation of the medical graduates a high level of professional knowledge, skills and abilities. It broadens the horizons of students, promotes their involvement in scientific and research activities, and creates the motivational basis for future professional activities, promote interest in the study of "anatomy (human)", which is the foundation for the development of medical disciplines.

In the scientific group the trainees acquire skills in the preparation of the review of the literature, master the methods of scientific research, planning research, collection of material, its systematization and generalization, and study the basic methods of statistical processing of the obtained data, master method of writing scientific papers, preparation of abstracts and scientific articles in the periodical scientific press. An important aspect is the acquisition of skills to prepare a scientific paper and, most importantly, public speaking skills and rules of scientific discussion.

The proposed principles of scientific potential of students in medical school will allow us to increase both theoretical and practical training of the medical profession, contributing to the overall quality and comprehensiveness of preparation of modern doctor.
