even though studies of organizational climate in such social group as work community are very important in the modern world, there are not so many projects about the analyses of workers' value orientations and personal qualities. This article presents the analyze of value-orientation unity of workers and the director of the establishment of secondary vocational institution in Saint-Petersburg. On the basis of the results authors give some recommendations which can be useful for work community of any modern organization.
