Basic cultural codes which participate in the creation of phraseologisms of phraseosemantic field “Lazy person” are being described in the article on the base of Romanic (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) languages material. Two types of phraseologisms - adjective type and verbal type - are being analyzed. Semantic models which are most typical for this phraseosemantic field are showed here. Prevailing influence of the somatic cultural code on the creation of interlingual phraseological equivalents and variants is being marked.
