This article examines a case of constructing and deconstructing reality in the context of communal clashes in Delhi in early 2020. To understand the context, some aspects of the protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 and the subsequent communal clashes are considered. The book by M. Arora et al. «Delhi Riots 2020: The Untold Story» was analyzed, as well as the critical responses to it.
