The quality of endodontic treatment is reduced due to a wide range of errors and complications in the treatment of the root canal system. Endodontic instrument fracture has a serious impact on the quality of all stages of treatment of complicated forms of caries. The article highlights the main factors that provoke the endodontic instrument break in the root canals of teeth, and formulates the most significant preventive measures to prevent such complications.
