N2 - The electrodynamical method of semi-passive attitude stabilization of an orbital spacecraft is under consideration. The method exploits the Lorentz force influence of geomagnetic field on a charged spacecraft surface. The development of the method for arbitrary inclinations of the orbit and arbitrary stabilyzing attitude positions of spacecraft in the orbital frame is proposed. The convenience of the method for attitude stabilization of a dynamically symmetric spacecraft in the orbital frame is proved.
