The paper discusses methods for formalizing the equations of particle dynamics in accelerator systems using the matrix formalism of representing nonlinear control elements of high orders of nonlinearity in the numerical and symbolic forms. Some examples of the corresponding characteristics of control elements are given. A comparison is made with the classical methods of describing the corresponding elements. The efficiency of the presented method is demonstrated in comparison with traditional methods of modeling particle beam control systems.
