Interpretation of paradigm approach is presented for the methodical purposes of mastering the content of education courses at three levels by means of electronic scientific and educational service is proved. The instrument of approximate visualization of characteristics of the pedagogical ideas on the basis of nine dualistic criteria and results of the first stage of its approbation are presented.
