During the COVID-19 pandemic, changes in the educational process at all levels become inevitable. Along with other areas, this also affected medical professional education. Significant transformations have befallen, first of all, at the educational process in the medicine, that is due to the need for teaching students “at the bedside”. To improve the effectiveness of training future doctors, it is necessary to make significant adjustments at all stages of the educational process, including the practice programs. The main vectors, in our opinion, are the expansion of the list of practical bases, the involvement of medical institutions in other regions and paying more attention to preliminary simulation training.
