The article analyzes the programs in the field of public youth policy implemented by the Baltic states in the post-Soviet period. The authors consider the main features of the implemented programs, note the combination of “national” and “supranational” identification vectors, and attempt to classify the described models, which result in the formation of the identities of local youth.
