A brief review of academic and curricular literature devoted to corporate social responsibility (CSR) concept evolution and its correlations to strategic communications system is introduced are the article. It is concluded that modern corporations' CSR is under transformation process to sustainable development element of the company; business corporation begin to be aware of itself as of modern society corporate citizen.
