The article presents the author’s concept of social capital of the organization, describing behavioral strategies and tactics of its accumulation and use. The object of social and psychological analysis is the organization and set of interpersonal relationships arising as a result of special trusting relationships. The psychological paradox of accumulation of social capital in the organization is revealed.
