This article is devoted to verbal means of demonstration of value in literary and critical review. Relevance of this theme is determined by growing scientific and social interest in axiology of media text. Author defines that evaluative is the formative category for review genre. Author suggests a method of analysis of verbal representation of value based on classical review structure. This method is used to describe a system of verbal means of demonstration of value. The research distinguishes two groups of these means: discursive and individual.
