The article examines the main stages in the evolution of military-political cooperation between Germany and Brazil. The author characterizes the cooperation of the parties in this area and identifies the main changes that have occurred since the “Traffic Light Coalition” came to power in Berlin, as well as the election of Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva as the President of Brazil in 2023. It is concluded that military-technical cooperation between Germany and Brazil today is in a stagnant state.
