N2 - THE AIM: to study the features of intrarenal hemodynamics in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) depending on the class of obesity. PATIENTS AND METHODS: 108 patients with MS with different classes of obesity were examined. Lipid panels parameters, homocysteine, plasma insulin, microalbuminuria level (MAU), intrarenal hemodynamics (pulsatility index and resistivity index) in interlobar and segmental kidney arteries were determined. RESULTS: with the increase of obesity class status of intrarenal hemodynamics decreases. CONCLUSION: Obesity have an effect on the intrarenal hemodynamics.
