PATIENTS AND METHODS: 108 patients with MS with different classes of obesity were examined. Lipid panels parameters, homocysteine, plasma insulin, microalbuminuria level (MAU), intrarenal hemodynamics (pulsatility index and resistivity index) in interlobar and segmental kidney arteries were determined.
