The estate market in Russia is a dynamically developing business area nowadays. Communication technologies based on the needs of the target audience of a particular market segment are used to promote and implement this product. In this article the concept of communication technologies from a marketing point of view is revealed and the main tools of these technologies for promoting a product on the residential real estate market in Russia are defi ned.
