The need to constantly memorize a large amount of information in the study of
foreign languages sets the methodological problems of finding the most effective ways to optimize this process. Flash cards are widely used abroad as a universal tool for memorizing different kinds of information including acquiring of new lexical units in the process of Language Acquisition. In Russian methodics this tool appeared only few years ago. Work with flash cards is mainly conducted for mastering lexical units, however, in my opinion, this method can be efficiently used for memorizing grammatical structures.
