This article provides in formation on the roles of pathophysiological processes in the pathogenesis of pseudo-allergic reactions. A clinical case of allergoid generalized urticaria is described. Infusion of the solution of succinate-containing Remaxol© showed the high efficiency of this drug against the disorder. The authors relate the result of pathogenetic therapy to the enhancing influence of nicotinamide on diamine oxidase activity and effect of reduced glutathione on redox processes in cells (3 table, bibliography: 17 refs).
