The article considers the category of time and its interpretation in the philosophy of the scholastics and representatives of classical and non-classical scientific school. In the framework of scholasticism a unique foundation is created on which the further developing of time factors is based for building a model adapted to the pragmatic operations. In particular, we are talking about a dynamic conception of time, which can be correlated with the time factor in the continuum of literary works, including publicism.
