The paper studies art discourse minor genres in an art magazine, such as advertisements, posters, and announcements, with the objective of identifying their structural and cognitive traits. Polycode in character, they combine a verbal aspect, iconic signs and pictorial art reproductions. Compared are Russian and English language versions.
