In article it is proved that in modern conditions the large territorial distributed organizations are forced to approach especially carefully planning of each project which is carried out by them, finding of compromises between its cost and duration, forming of structure of participating divisions. The author notes that in case of management of the modern organization special attention is paid to an adherence to deadlines of project implementation and efficiency of use of the allocated money. In practice often there is a need of reduction of its duration, and relevant is a task of operational calculation of scope changes and structure of financing. In article approach to optimization of structure of divisions contractors of the project when reducing terms of its accomplishment due to additional financing with reasons for priority of assignment is considered. The corresponding formalized technique adapted for use in the systems of decision support is offered. The technique of reducing duration of implementation of the long-term project which is carried out by the large territorial distributed organization considered in article is presented in rather universal form. In need of it the specifying and disaggregating amendments considering features of planning, conditions of work and parameters of the carried-out project can be entered. In particular, parallelization of implementation of complexes of works on the basis of the network schedule can be entered. It won't lead to basic changes in approach and formalization.
