The article focuses on promotion of the Russian art market through the programs of further education. The authors offer a model of breakthrough positioning of further education programs in the sphere of art market, which allows defining effective promotion strategies, substantially increase the effect of the state support of such programs, and avoid high risks involved in their implementation.
