In this paper, we consider the necessary and sufficient conditions for stability and Lyapunov asymptotic stability of the zero solution to the system of homogeneous linear differential equations for which the following is true: its right part takes a finite number of values, and the interval between any two adjacent switchings cannot be less than a positive number given in advance.
