The development of online education in Russia from the era of further education, when the motivation was exclusively interest in acquiring new knowledge, and the possibility of obtaining a document on education was not considered as determining, came close to the introduction of online courses in the fabric of traditional classical education, in the implementation of basic educational programs. Student motivation is expanding due to the possibility of obtaining a document on the results of mastering online courses. These circumstances cannot but give rise to legal problems that inherently arise when new phenomena come into contact with an established tradition.
