The article is devoted to the analysis of modern problems of inclusive education in India. The purpose of the article is to consider the problems of inclusive education at the present stage of India's development. We conducted 10 semi-structured expert interviews in India with teachers, directors of orphanages, schools, and individuals involved in projects to educate children with disabilities in India. The results show that the main problems of the inclusive education system in India are insufficient funding for orphanages and schools where inclusive education is applied; lack of a sufficient number of specially trained teachers; insufficiency of a detailed legal and regulatory framework.
