In the last decade, digital transformation has been changing all spheres of economics and society. The study of the relationship between digital technology and man is an urgent problem in foreign and Russian studies. The research discusses the main trends inherent in the labor market in the era of digital transformation. Special attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of the impact of digital technologies on the market, including in the context of the Covid19 pandemic.
