The author proceeds from the fact that in modern
postclassical natural legal theories, natural law (the idea of justice,
principles of justice) and positive law are considered as parts, elements of
a single legal order, including law enforcement. The article analyzes
various natural legal concepts of the actualization of law in justice. These
concepts reveal a certain conciliatory position of natural law in relation to
positivism.
