The papers is devoted to the consideration of the main ideas of contemporary neuroethics in the questions of a research of moral freedom and moral responsibility. As a result, the most important positions of neuroethics, which are based on the data of neurophysiological experiments, are revealed, their controversial and ambiguous are analyzed. It is shown that the neurophysiological approach in ethics isn't capable to prove moral choice and moral conflict. The main thesis is that contemporary neuroethics is fundamentally incapable of explaining moral normativity and it can't be called ethics in exact sense.
