This article contains an analysis and comparison of the results about ecological and geochemical explorations of the bottom sediments of the Lake Ladoga: total contents and contents of different chemical forms of trace metals and organic matter in surface specimens of bottom sediments. Bottom sampling was carried out in October 2018. Researches of Ladoga bottom sediments were carried out earlier, but without researching of chemical forms. Our work is aimed at identifying areas requiring more detailed observation of trace metals concentrations.
