The article describes the main forms of indirect teaching of a non-native language, which is understood as the organization of mastering students of a nonnative language in the process of studying various non-linguistic academic disciplines or the organization of any activity of students (scientific, design, play, acting, excursion, advertising, etc.) in this language. Indirect teaching of non-native language in case of bilingual education, indirect teaching of Russian to foreigners during their study in Russian universities, indirect teaching of non-native language in the process of any other activities are considered
