The article discusses the development of new research practices in the field of pedagogy in the context of the concept of digital Humanities. The article analyzes the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational activities of the classical University as a factor in the further development of the higher education system of the Russian Federation. Pedagogical approaches to increase the effectiveness of training in the field of art and Humanities on the basis of the development of mixed learning environment are considered. It is shown that education is a form of citizens ‘ access to open electronic resources and is one of the most important national interests of the Russian Federation in the information field.
