The article deals with political practice as an important factor of political design. The studying of the political practices can be seen from the point of view of the development of the existing political system and modification of legislation. Setting frameworks for their development prospects points to the pat-terns of political and public life. It also indicates the problems which the socie-ty applies to the state authorities and its representatives (this is reflected in the approval or disapproval of political institutions and the trust to them). Thus, the concept of political practices, as the subjects of political engi-neering in the broadest sense provides us the opportunity to look through the evolution of political institutions and the efficiency of their operation.
