The purpose of the paper is to discuss two chief arguments, raised by the authors of a recently published monograph “Австрийская инженерная философия для политехников” ( Austrian Engineering Philosophy for Polytechnicians ). Firstly, it is the idea of realistic loneliness, secondly, the idea of relations between epistemology and political theory, which the authors reveal from the writing of the Austrian positivist philosophers of the border of 20th-21st centuries.
