This article is devoted to the topical issues on formation of national arbitrability doctrine in Russia, which is reflected both in theoretical researches of the recent years and in judicial practice. The author makes an attempt to analyze the existing development trends, to identify the further “development paths” of arbitrability in Russian judicial practice and theory.
