Article discusses the basic of socio-psychological theories of social capital the organization. Analyzed types capital: financial, human, social, creative, physical. Building on the ideas of R. Putnam, J. Coleman, P. Bourdieu authors developed the theoretical framework of social capital organization. Detailed consideration of resource, network, and economic aspects of the study of social capital, allowed to formulate socio-psychological aspect. Defined four levels of social capital study: personal, group, organizational and societal. Social capital is defined as a single semantic field, unifying and embrace people in the process of joint activities. Four components of social capital are proposed: trust, norms of interaction, commitment to the objectives and the values and the credibility of the organization. The paper describes the positive and negative factors of the formation of social capital.
