Mediatization, which has recently become one of the most important subjects of communication studies, is considered as a form of new socialization of society, due to the Mass Media influence on all spheres of society life. Modern researchers put emphasis on the phenomenon of politics mediatization which is understood as a process when a political system is influenced by media and adapts to the requirements of the political events media coverage. There are two points of view on politics mediatization. According to the first one, we observe mass media influence strengthening on politics what results in the political functions of society governance assignment to the mass media. As per the second point of view, mass media influence only particular political institutions and processes without transforming system of power in general. Thus, the mass media become an additional information resource of the state power, only adjusting its structure to the new network society realities. Despite of all the differences in these points of view, they are united by the following statement: mediatization is becoming an integral factor of mobilization since the use of mass media (primarily network media) is a prerequisite for mobilization processes.
