This article explores the image of a child in Polish cinema on the example 5 films taken from different periods of the development of cinema in Poland. The topic is relevant, since cinema is an important part of art, which affects the formation of the worldview of people, and at the same time childhood is the period of a person's life when the main characteristics of his personality are formed. “Children are also people” is the main revealed idea of Polish films with the theme of a child.
